Registration policies and Covid-19

We at Transbike Adventures would like to share our thoughts to issue a statement and implement measures regarding the situation we are all experiencing due to world pandemic of Covid19.

2020 has been a challenging year, pandemic protocols and travel restrictions have varied from place to place, from country to country. All of us are most likely being affected by what’s happening globally.

In March 2020 we reacted to intense pandemic situation and changed our registration policies, to make sure you could register with confidence, despite uncertainty around travel and event logistics.

Things you need to know about 2021:

We are accepting registrations for all Transbike Adventures 2021 and 2022 events!

Once made, your payment with us will be non refundable. For that reason, we highly recommend that you purchase ” CANCEL FOR ANY REASON ” trip cancellation insurance – from any insurance company of your choice.

Usually this type of insurance must be purchased between 10 and 20 days from the time your payment for the trip is made.

Transfer your registration:

Things are changing fast. If you are unable to attend an event, we give opportunity (without additional cost) to transfer registration to another event in the same or following year.
